He had the gaul to charge $400 to fix a float.took about 10 min. I was stuck because it was the last couple of days in the house. Opportunist. Would never recommend.
I couldn't recommend this company more. From the first contact by phone, with transparency on pricing and way of work, to the on-site visit (big plus to the mask and care for my family's health) to the education on what the problem with my sink and shower was and how to best solve it for the long run, I would say 5 starts are not enough. I did have cheaper quotes from other companies, but decided to follow my gut and stick with what I would call a premium service. Thanks again John and Taylor for the great work. We are super happy with the results.
