NRT showed up in the middle of the night within 1 hour and extracted water, placed equipment and helped me to understand the flood process and assisted me with contacting my insurance and they provided photos, dry logs, instructions and documents to me and my insurance the entire way. They had all kinds of information for referrals for testing companies, rebuild companies etc to assist me with my loss. The technicians were very polite, worked in a speedy manner, cleaned up after themselves and set plastic walls up to protect my family. All in all it was a good experience having the water and mold work done. That process sis very fast 7-10 days. The rebuild with contractors after has been months. I highly recommend this company and their knowledgeable staff.
The project manager, Javier, was very professional in meeting him and knowledgeable in explaining the work to be performed ... He was very detailed and easy to talk with... He gave me a detailed estimate and I was more than satisfied .. I recommend his business...
I had a water damage in my house and called NRT, Sandy from the office was super understanding of the situation and was able to send someone to do an inspection right away, everyone was super understanding whenever I had questions about what needed to be done.
