I have nothing but good things to say about Jeff Mertel and Mertel Carpets. They have an excellent selection in various price ranges and they know their products but, the real value in shopping with Mertel is the customer service. We were not the easiest of clients, we were indecisive and on a budget, they were so accommodating and spent a ton of time with us. We had a problem with the carpet we chose, "no problem" they worked with us to find the right carpet for our home. We are out of their typical service area, again "no problem". Anything we needed or wanted they took care of with a smile. They are fantastic and I would recommend them to any person looking for any kind of flooring.

Definitely the place to go for flooring!! I called 3 places. One never showed up for the consult, the second gave excuses as to why it took 3 days for him to get back to me. Then another week to get prices. Jeff was there same day, on time and very professional. Found the match to exsisting floor and had an estimate for me next day. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Go straigh here. Oh and he beat the pricing on the one that finally got back to me.
