Was treated like I wasn't supposed to be there! Just picking up ordered parts. Like they didn't want help me ? I'm sure it was because I'm Mexican! So sad! Never going back unless I'm forced buy my job! Dominican University!
Once upon a time, I was impressed with Service at MH. We have purchased a nuber of Big Ticket Items - and have called re service and were treated poorly. The man in Service, F, needs a class, or two, in Customer Service. Really. We will look elsewhere next time.
