Great automated service. Excellent value for money, convenient locations, all keys worked well.
I’m pretty sure this business is a scam. I called to get info on where to get keys copied since all the local shops have gone out of business. The guy took my contact info and said someone would be in touch, then no one returned my call. Google maps has their business residing in a bush on E Blithedale 😳🤷♀️ (Btw, if you need keys copied, goodman’s does it. )
I called at 6 am to get someone to open my car and it is 11 am and I’m still waiting. I know it’s New Year’s Day but at least give me an accurate time and not just someone will call you in 15 minutes and never did
We scheduled a locksmith to come and unlock our door for us the next day at 10AM. At 9:58AM that day, someone called us and said they actually didn’t have a technician available so to find someone else. No apology. No explanation. And the woman on the other end was very rude. Then when we tried to talk, they hung up on us. I understand that life happens and things get booked up/things need to be rescheduled, but to call two minutes before an appointment we made a whole day before and without any explanation, apology, or alternate time the locksmith could come just shows a total lack of professionalism. Disappointed since they were so highly reviewed.
