After receiving several bids for a new electric heat pump, I selected Kelly based on price, reputation, and referral. They did not disappoint. The crew (Fernando, Eric, and Mario) were professional, friendly, and diligent. The work was done on time, the workspace was clean, and the communication throughout was excellent. I've only had the unit for 10 days so far, so I can't speak to reliability. But, everything is working as expected. The house is warm (it's December as I write this), the MIRV-15 filter seems to be doing its job, and the unit is quiet and easy to program/control.
We have a fifty year old home in Novato in need of a new heat and AC system. Kelly came in with a great bid, did the job in less than four days and we now have a quiet Trane system with all new ducting. My hat is off to Mario, Fernando, Eric and Christian who performed the work. They were very efficient and professional keeping the house as clean as possible throughout the installation.
Kelly installed a Trane AC unit about 5 years ago. The installation went well, and the price and service was excellent. We have them service our equipment annually to ensure that it will always be in top shape, and our tech Ryan Bishop is outstanding. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Kelly's appliances were great,they fixed my whirlpool dishwasher after the pump failed 5 months after warranty ended.I will use there service again,thanks for being reliabe honest and fair.
Extremely satisfied with the recent service provided by Ryan Bishop. He came to do a regular maintenance check and identified some existing issues and quickly resolved the problem. It was obvious that he brought the needed expertise and knowledge to readily address the issue. It was very much appreciated.
