Everytime I go, I dont have a good experience. This time I needed two things. One was locked away, and I had to walk all over the store looking for someone with a key. The two associates I found both said they didnt have it The second thing was not in the isle/bay the HomeDepot website said it would be. So instead of trying to chase down an associate (again), I left empty handed. I give up on this place.

I will never do business with Home Depot again. We purchased flooring. Late Delivery. We hired their installers, big mistake.
1) They missed appointments several times.
2) Mis-informed us as to when the work would be started.
3) Mis-informed when it would be completed.
4) Never returned phone calls, not once after we left multiple messages, we always have to call them back every time.
5) Placed on hold for half hour several times. Robo-disconnected twice on hold.
6) Told would be completed by Friday, show up on Friday, 1/4 of 1 room installed.
7) Promises made would be completed by Monday. Receive phone call on Monday saying work was completed. Show up following Thursday,
8) Work incomplete. One room flooring is not finished, all rooms molding and thresholds not finished, all doors and closet doors removed from frame. no workers on site.
9) No clue with work status at the contracted store.
Based on the discussions and promises made by installers and store we have made commitments, people flying from out of town to view the flat and what they get to see is a job site. Absolute worst customer experience with a installer/contractor ever. Home Depot's crap work ethic and crap service costs more then any saving you receive from dealing with big box retailer.
TL,DR: Do not deal with this organization unless you have time and money to burn.
