I couldn't have made a better decision in hiring Graf for my move!! I can't speak highly enough of the crew sent by Graf. Jorge and Charlie worked excellent together as a team and made the hard work look effortless, despite the rain. They were beyond pleasant, efficient, upbeat, considerate, courteous and professional. They provided me with knowledgeable and courteous guys to help unload my truck. Also in reference to another review, I know as a mover that every moving contract has a "shuttle truck" proviso stating that there will be an additional charge if standard van line rigs can't access the pickup or delivery location and a smaller truck has to be used. This covers the cost of the rental and the extra labor charges associated with moving the items twice.
I and my family members have used Graf four times in the past four years. Always friendly, on time, and careful. Highly recommended.
