(July 7, 2022) Once again, Tom R. provided us with exemplary service. We had leakage under (and around) our kitchen sink; Tom analyzed the evidence and correctly determined the sources of the leaks, then used an air compressor and heat gun to dry the affected areas before resealing; he also replaced the entire disposal unit, air gap and P-trap so that we're fully updated. He's always friendly (and meticulous). We're just glad Tom is still available to solve tough-to-figure out plumbing problems! Thanks, Tom! Tom R. did a terrific job replacing a corroded widespread bathroom faucet and other related issues. He was honest and thoughtful about his recommendations. Top marks for Tom.

Our new policy for Home Insurance required an emergency Shutoff Valve be installed in case of Earthquake. Jared of Gotelli Plumbing came and did a professional excellent job with great courtesy! He reviewed with us to ensure we knew how to turn off the the valve in case of an emergencyI I praise him and Gotelli Plumbing!
