Greg and Rob were able to help us on less than a days notice, from Sausalito to Redwood City, with a job that turned out to be more complicated than expected. The entire time they never complained once; so friendly and fun to be around, and did the job flawlessly. Overall, what could have been a very stressful experience was very relaxed and even... enjoyable? I would absolutely recommend giving Greg a call for any moving needs.
This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with. They showed up an hour late, worked for only three hours but complained almost the whole time even though they only had to move furniture from downstairs to upstairs, and scratched our brand new floors which we explicitly requested to be protected. They charged an exorbitant fee of $170 per hour, even though we found out they only pay the workers $30 per hour. At the end they demanded payment in cash, and would not provide a receipt for work performed. I called about this several times, and they finally blocked my phone. I will never, never use this company again, and neither should anyone else.
Like many others I dread the thought of moving. So much organization and deciding what to keep and where to put it! I decided to give myself a break this time and have the packing and unpacking done professionally. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. Greg and his crew were not only meticulous and extra careful, they were polite and even witty and fun to be around. So much stress avoided! Nothing was broken or lost which was a first in my moving experience. I have some valuable furniture and art work and they prepared them super carefully. The boxes were clearly labeled. I felt more at ease on this move than any before. This company has my highest recommendation and their prices were not the lowest but not the highest. I will definitely recommend them and use them again if I have to move

Greg never flinches when there is a difficult challenge such as lots of stairs, steep hills, heavy, bulky items that need to be hoisted over and/or through small areas. Greg is a problem solver, and he thinks creatively giving him the ability to get any job done, no matter how difficult it may be. I highly recommend, Greg, and his Team, at Flagship Movers.
