Dry Kings is the best restoration contractor for water and fire damage repair and mitigation in the Bay area. They are outstanding in their interactions with customers and agents. Anytime someone suffers a catastrophic loss it's hard to find someone that cares. The Dry Kings team truely does care. I would really like to highlight Janina and her outstanding customer service. She was very throughout and her communication with us was always professional, caring and she took the time to answer all of our questions. Also the crew of technicians were outstanding in their great attitude, hard work and efficiency.
I had an emergency at home and they came quickly to help me, the employees were very friendly, very attentive, my emergency attended Cristhian Rodriguez showed that he knows his job. He he she did all the work clean and very professional. Recommended 100%, whenever I need them I will call them.
Sergio, Elvis and Jacob were so helpful given the terrible situation with our kitchen flooding in the middle of the night. They were able to arrive within hour or so of us calling them and had everything ready to go to stop further damage and start the drying process. After the Kincade fire our home was almost burnt to the ground for a second time. But what we did come home to was some pretty severe smoke damage and Dry Kings Restoration was there to meet us at the door when we got there. They were professional, fast, and the work was top notch. When we returned home after everything was clean, sterilized, and/or replaced by them our place smelt and looked as good as it ever had. And to top it all off when we had issues with our Insurance company not only was Dry Kings Restoration patient and understanding but they were also there to help us with the process as much as they could along the way and didn't hold us as home owners responsible for out of pocket money that the insurance company owed to them. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them and they are the first and only people I would call in situations that come up with our home.
