I've been using Downing for years & have never had a complaint. They check it out ever year. Recently I returned from vacation & found the furnace would not click on. I called them & they came out that same day. The repairman found the problem, had the part in his truck & now my furnace works like a charm! The repairman was perfect. And the furnace is quieter than it used to be. Love their service!
I can only speak from my own experience, but Kelly has been wonderful to work with. We had an issue at our warehouse and he was there within a few minutes and had the situation under control. I highly recommend Downing Heating.
Be careful with these guys. They’ll charge you come out to look at the job, $250.00. They’ll then provide you with a proposal, supposedly. I never received that proposal after several calls. If they didn’t want to do the job, which I surmise, they should have the courtesy to advise so. Another friend had a similar case where the quote he received was ridiculously high. Beware.
Great owner, great prices, clean, timely, no hassle work. Everything up front in writing, company stands behind there work and there word. Highly recomend toall .
Downing's service technicians have maintained and, yesterday, repaired our 55! year old furnace. They do not upsell you, so when they tell us it is time to replace it, Downing will have our business for that process, absolutely.
