Rick answered my call very professionally and sent a Tech named John to the rescue. He showed up very timely and assessed the situation. A cable had broken and thrown our garage door out of alignment. It sat crookedly and was not able to safely be remotely operated. It took him about 40 minutes or so and we were back in good shape. Thanks John !!!

Door Pros is always amazing. Timely, super professional and real problem solvers. Jim was able to come up with a solution to a challenging automatic door that no one else was able to do. 5 Stars! Great service, really nice people. We will continue to use them. Jim, Skyler and Kay are fantastic!

Really nice folks to work with from start to finish. Jim planned me a new gate controller which was a significant upgrade to my old one. Skylar and he installed it yesterday. I appreciate their attention to detail. They added a stop to address high winds at my place, and positioned it where I could see and avoid it because my entrance is narrow. Skylar patiently walked me through the controller and made sure I understood how to work it.
