I cannot say enough positive things about City Carpet and Avo Hajinian. Avo helped me find high-quality flooring and carpet to meet my budget for our new home. He had many choices. It wasn't difficult getting the flooring or carpet. The installation was on time, error-free and it looks great. It's one thing to paint a new home, but doing that after replacing the flooring is a whole other step. I can't say enough positive things about how it looks and feels. A personal note about Avo. He is an old-school salesman and project manager whose attentiveness from the moment I walked into the San Rafael showroom to the completion of the work was second to none. I previously visited businesses where I could not even get the staff to answer questions or assist me with their inventory. City Carpet was exceptional and I think that's because Avo truly treated our project, which wasn't immense, with the level of care and concern that I suspect he would use for his own home.
We wanted to recarpet our new house before we moved our furniture in, and Avo helped us find something that could be installed within the week. Really happy to find City Carpet.
