Seriously, Birch Circle Movers deserves more than 5 stars! I was so impressed with the careful & efficient move they did for my neighbors YEARS ago that I took photos of their truck for future reference & recommendations. What do you know, it was my family’s turn to use their services last week & I was BLOWN AWAY! From the initial conversations over the phone for estimates to waving everyone goodbye at the end of our moving day, communication was straightforward & easy. And, I can’t compliment the crew enough. We were referred to Birch Circle Movers through our friend Terri and they were absolutely great! Alton and Spencer were very responsive and helpful getting logistics arranged and the team of movers were amazing....courteous, professional and quick but careful. They got the truck safely up a steep driveway with no problem and also were able to safely get a very large couch out of my mom's small studio with tight staircase and made it look easy. They did such a great job we didn't hesitate to use them again for another move just this past week and experienced the same outstanding service. Highly recommend!
We hired BCM for a local move. They came on time, packed us quickly, and had us in our new place ahead of schedule. The team was friendly and professional, and we were very happy with the results. We also loved that they used ecoboxes to pack our items -- it's good for the environment and meant we didn't have to make several runs to the recycling center like we did last time.
