Erik and Alexis were an awesome team! Both were very courteous, professional and patient with our questions. They informed us at project onset of the equipment to be installed, of the sequence of the installation and walked us through each step. They also left the work area clean each day. Once the equipment was installed, they showed us the equipment and walked us through the thermostat operation.
It was invaluable that both spoke Spanish as that made it easy for my parents to understand the process and be able to ask questions.
We highly recommend Bellows.

Making an appointment to install my new toilet and haul the old one away was easy. Matt was right on time and evaluated the job and gave me a bid within minutes. He explained what he was going to do and wasted no time getting it done. He was polite, clean and efficient. I am thrilled with the service and plan to use them again.

My furnace stopped working this winter so I called Bellows to assess the problem and if possible repair it. The technician did a cursory inspection and said a new part was required but never ordered it, and for that service I was charged $149. Instead they sent a salesperson to quote an entire new system.
On my own I Googled my furnace make, model, and the error code it was showing and found an online checklist of things to do. On completing the third thing in the list, all with standard house hold tools, the furnace started working again and continued to work all winter. If you need service or repair look elsewhere.

They did a bate and switch.
Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.
Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?
It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.
I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received. I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.
Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.
