Art and his crew did an excellent work. I am writing this five months after the job was completed, and we are still very happy with all aspects of the finished project. Art was very responsible and responsive, and he was communicative. They showed up when they said they would and they did what they said they would do, and they did it well. We were pleased with them from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Worked well with us, from easy discussions on the planning to modifications during the build-out. They took an unfinished cinder-block shell and turned it into a part of our home that is livable, functional, and beautiful, including a new rec room, laundry, in-law suite with kitchenette and bathroom, and bedroom, with all-new plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, walls, and more. The performed high quality work that has withstood the test of time. It was one of the best contractor experiences and I would unreservedly recommend or rehire AAA Construction & Design again.

They have addition a room and remodeled the outdoor kitchen. They were absolutely wonderful punctual and on time. The work was done as visualized in our first meeting on a very cool architectural program and in a very artistic and professional way. All of the workers were real craftsman.
