Clough Construction, YES!, entirely professional, their work was of the highest quality. The building crew--Rafael, Hugo, and Michael--listened carefully to our desires and concerns, then worked skillfully and efficiently to build 62 feet of rock-solid, beautiful fence, gate, and arbor, all in two-and-a-half days. The redwood posts and 8-inch boards are highest quality. We, our neighbor's, and our local birds and squirrels have all fully approved the work. Clough owners Scott & Deanne and their office team were always available, communications were excellent. We've already asked them to build another 75 feet of fence. Five-star recommendations for everyone.
Working with Clough Construction, and Marc and his team, in particular, was a great experience. We now have a beautiful deck. It was not an easy job either. The deck is up quite a steep slope in Baltimore Canyon, but they had no problem. On top of the great work that they did, it was a huge help that they could do the layout drafting, permitting and inspections with the City of Larkspur. The Clough family was a really pleasure to work with. If they were neighbors, we would definitely be having them over to enjoy our lovely deck!!
Hi all those looking for fence, deck or other work... We had our backyard fenced in by Clough this spring. Hands down one of the best construction experiences we have had. Called them up and it took them a few weeks or so to come out and spec the project. They then gave us the week they would start the project. They then called to confirm the exact start date the friday before. Project went exactly as planned. They finished a little early and on budget. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. Everything was well organized and of the utmost quality. You won't believe how deep the fence posts go! All in all, can't say enough about the experience.
I met Deanne and Scott years ago with I bought my house. I couldn’t afford a new deck at that time. I was so impressed with their good vibes that when I finally was ready to build, years later, they were the folks I wanted. No question. Turns out, the vibes were right. Deanne and Scott planned and estimated a beautiful, strong, and useful deck. It’s like a whole new living space. Quinn and Lowell, the builders, were two of the nicest, kindest people I’ve ever met. It was a treat to have them here for the project and I’ll miss them. Above all, the deck is perfect. It’s like a beautiful piece of art, integrated with the hillside. I love it.
I highly recommend Clough Construction! They just completed my back deck and privacy fence, coping with various issues, including working around the king tides. They were extremely efficient, competent, friendly, and also very sensitive to my needs. How many times have you heard of a construction company described in those terms? Every single employee, at every level, was professional, courteous, and a hard worker. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Clough Construction. I am looking forward to my next project, a front deck and walkway, and would not even consider any other company.
