What a horrible experience. I walked in, stood in the center of the showroom and was never greeted, never acknowledged. When I asked for help, the salesmen couldn’t bring themselves to make eye contact, just mumbled they had other customers on the phones.
As I walked out calmly, immediately deciding this wasn’t the place to give my money, I was heckled by one of the salesmen, as he called out from the other side of the store that I should wait, challenging me with questions about how long I had to stand there, and telling me to calm down as I said nothing and walked out.
I suppose he wrote me off as just an angry woman of color who probably didn’t have enough money to buy anything anyway. Well he’s wrong.
And let me be clear, I wouldn’t waste my energy or time raising my voice to those who are so obviously ignorant. I just take my money somewhere else. And hope others might do the same.
I never write bad reviews. Sometimes people just have bad days. But these guys are rude and arrogant by design.
If you care about how people are treated, don’t go here. There are plenty of other flooring businesses.

My wife and I ordered flooring from the San Rafael store at the end of May. The salesman, Christopher Lyon, was very good. I found out later that the item was back ordered and would not ship out until July 28. Last week I called to find out if it shipped. Tom returned my call and told me that our flooring has shipped and it should arrive on Thursday, August 5. I asked Tom if somebody would call me to let me know it is in. He said yes.
I never received a phone call saying that our flooring had arrived. So, on Saturday, August 7, I drove down to pick up our flooring. I walked in and the only salesperson was not masked. I told him I was there to pickup my flooring. He said that they don't do pickups on weekends because the warehouse person is off; that the truck is parked inside the warehouse and in the way; that he is the only person there and he cannot go back and check; and that he just got in.
I asked him if he could check his computer to see if our flooring was in. He got visibly angry with me, raised his voice and said: 'I told you, I just got in.'
He eventually composed himself, said 'sorry', put on his mask, checked the computer for our order and told me that my flooring was in.
So, good customer service depends upon who you get.

Today I had many questions about Vinyl flooring and Christopher Gibson, sales person was so great at explaining the acoustic sound issues of the flooring. He took a lot of time and was very knowledgeable.

We met Chris and he took care of us very well. Great advices and recommendations for our wooden floor. We will buy there since he made it so easy. They have a great selection of woods from rustic to contemporary at all prices.

What a great store with quality carpeting and expertise of the staff. Thanks Tom Buntin for stellar service. And fair pricing the installers were right in time and very cautious in this crisis time. And they had some heavy pieces to move.
The finished work looks terrific. An instant upgrade for my home.
