My tub was leaking so I gave Ongaro a call this morning. They a did pretty big job for me about a month ago replacing pipes and I was so impressed, they are flawless. Gerald came over this morning, assessed the situation and wrote up a quote for me. I'm having the work done tomorrow. Gerald was friendly, professional and personable. I'm very happy with Ongaro & Sons, they're great and their staff is top notch!
Joshua did a great job of explaining everything. A technician will be here to check out the system for leaks and upgrades next week. I am very appreciative for the information he has shared with me. Never had an air conditioner so this is a learning experience. Thank you for your patience Joshua!
I was in Mexico when my next door neighbor saw a gyser coming out of an exterior pipe. Once he got it turned off, he recommended Ongaro. Of four major plumbing companies that I called, Ongaro was the first to answer the phone in person on a Saturday, the receptionist was amazing and helpful. She was able to get a plumber to my house in hours, provided consistent and helpful text updates and were willing to coordinate with my generous neighbor as I was away. Kristopher was awesome! So professional and nice, they were helpful, polite, responsive and capable. The situation could have been way uglier. I will chose Ongaro& Sons every time from here on out. Thank you!
David Bishop, (there are at least three David's at Ongaro) did a thorough, careful, job evaluating the work which needs doing. Within 24 hours of calling Ongaro & Sons we had Douglas Weatherly report to duty at our residence. Right off the bat we liked Douglas. His big warm smile welcomes you immediately. After hearing our problem he went to work finding the cause and a solution. It's obvious that Douglas is very knowledgeable and experienced in this trade. He's so personable that we hated to see him leave! We won't hesitate to call Ongaro & Sons and request Douglas if we have problems in the future.
