Nada, the proprietor, responded promptly with a same day appointment, texted a “ heads up” before arrival and was early to our appointment. He solved the issues, worked quickly with obvious skill offering security tips as he worked. He is experienced, personable, respectful and seems trustworthy as he clearly values his reputation.
