This place is permanently closed. A shame since I drove 25 mins to get here!!
Called last Thursday. He came out Friday. Confirmed issue with lock. Said he would pick up the part and return today between 9-11. I called at 11:15. Left message. It is now 1:00. Nothing. I should have read all the other reviews before even calling this guy. Now I start all over.
Mike was timely, re-keyed multiple locks for me, and made keys on site. Soem of the locks were challenging but he made them all work. He was professional and very affordable and I highly recommend him. I also like that he is local - Novato....
Although sometimes it takes a little time getting a hold of Mike, his work is always first rate.
Had an appointment to get locks rekeyed at my rental. Took off work to wait for it to be done. No show for 45 minutes and their voice mailbox was full so nobody could take my call. Once I finally got them on the phone they came quickly and did the work. Not fantastic.
