I am very pleased with the service and product we received from HomeStory of Marin! My home needed all new closet doors and interior doors. I contacted HomeStory because they are located near my home. My husband and I visited the showroom to pick out the style for the doors and hardware. Shortly after Haime came over to our house to take measurements. He was polite and very professional! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. From there, we waited a couple of months, which was no problem and, when the doors arrived at the shop Yvette sent me an email to schedule the job. The job was scheduled for 6/13-6/15. 2 gentleman (Thomas and Elias) showed up at 9:00am sharp on 6/13. We introduced them to our 2 dogs and they couldn't have been kinder and more understanding that they were being barked at. They handled it very well! Thomas and Elias worked on our home for the next 3 days and were a pleasure to be around. By the second day my dogs loved them and so did we. Their communication was excellent and they both were very polite addressing us by "Mr. and Mrs. Kraemer" and, let us know step by step what they were doing and what the plan for the day was. Their workmanship was excellent, we were very happy with their work. We completely trust them both and we love the doors and closet doors. Love love LOVE my new beautiful replacement interior doors & closet doors!!! We felt Homestory was very affordable for the product and service they offer – the transformation was incredible. And, they did a fabulous job with a quick & quality installation process with no mess or paint fumes. So happy they service Sonoma County too. Very happy customers!
We had 11 interior doors replaced and the bedroom closet sliding door replaced with bi-folds. All of the doors were two panel. All were solid core except the closets. The fit perfectly. The installers, Thomas and Francisco were awesome. I'm just sorry we didn't do it sooner. We highly recommend this company. Rocky & Kathy Seffens
You must be kidding me.!!! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Thomas installed my custom doors and he was amazing. In our case most of our nine doors were hung in one day . Find detail and dialing in of these doors was done on the second day. I was so amazed the quality of work the quality of the doors and unbelievable service from one detail oriented perfectionist technician. It’s almost like my house doesn’t deserve these doors :-) such high-quality. My salesman was also an amazing guy retired enjoying his time meeting new people and has been friends with the owner for some 40 years.Guy was so low pressure,understanding and Great educating us to our needs. We originally went for standard replacement doors and because they were so easy to work with we spent a little more time reviewing the custom doors available to us and went for the higher end ones! I believe we just increased the value of our house by just replacing our homes doors which just enhanced the beauty of our home. Good things come to those who wait rings true here as your doors are custom made in the foothills of northern California. When I ordered my doors it took just a few weeks to build and really just a day to remove my old doors and hang the new ones. The quality is amazing and the service was fantastic. Now they got me thinking about replacing my front door now that’s a whole new animal :-)
